- When you visit our websites

Data collected: When you visit our websites, certain data about the use of your Internet browser is transmitted to us for technical reasons and is stored in log files. This data includes the date and time of the call-up of our website, the name of the website called up, the IP address of your computer or mobile device, the address of the website from which you accessed our website, the volume of data transmitted, the date of your last visit to our website, the products in your shopping basket and the products visited.

Data collected: when you browse our website, you have the possibility to contact us via our chat platform. This is developed by META, which offers you access as a guest. By using our chat platform, you accept the general conditions of use and the privacy policy of META, which operates independently of our websites.

The nature of the data collected, the purpose of its use and the duration of its retention is managed by META and therefore under its responsibility.

Basis: The data collected when using our chat platform is based on your consent.

  

- When you wish to send us a request via our contact form

Data collected: when you send us a request via our contact form, we ask you to provide us with your e-mail address.

Purpose: your e-mail address enables us to respond to any request you send us.

Basis: The data we collect when you visit our website is based on the basis of your consent.

Duration of storage: this data is stored for a maximum of three years if you do not become a customer of Walleriana within this period.

 

- When creating your account

Data collected: when creating your customer account, certain fields are mandatory, such as your title, your first name, your last name and your e-mail address. You can also enter your date of birth.

Purpose: the creation of your account allows you to enter our websites with one click. The next time you place an order, you will not have to re-enter your details. Your account also gives you access to the tracking of your parcels, and to the history of your orders.

Basis: The data we collect when you create your account is based on your consent.

Retention period: Your account is kept for 5 years from your last purchase. However, you can contact us if you wish to delete it before that.

 

- When you shop on our website

Data collected: The data that we collect during your order are the following: Name, first name, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank details

Purpose: Your data is processed by Walleriana in order to process your order, manage your customer account and send you promotional offers. The fields marked with an asterisk on the

collection forms are mandatory. Walleriana will not be able to process your request if these fields are not completed.

For payment purposes, bank details are processed on behalf of WALLERIANA by our certified payment service provider STRIPE. STRIPE is PCI-DSS certified. This standard is an international security standard whose objectives are to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cardholder data, and thus to secure the protection of card and transaction data. No banking data is stored by Walleriana.

Basis: The data collected during your purchases is based on the contractual basis that links you to Walleriana.

Retention period: the data collected is retained for five years from the date of your last purchase.

 

- Newsletters

You can subscribe to our newsletter by clicking on the pop-up that appears when you connect to our websites or by entering your email address in the "follow our news" tab. You will also be informed of our events such as private sales. Your e-mail address is sent to our partner MAILCHIMP, which is responsible for sending e-mails.

However, you can decide at any time to unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is offered to you when you receive our newsletter.

Basis: The data collected when you subscribe to our newsletter is based on your consent.

 

- Third parties

We may include on our site, computer applications from third parties, which allow you to share content from our site with other people or to let these other people know your consultation or your opinion concerning one or more products.
