What is Walleriana Warranty ?
Products labelled by Walleriana are under a two to six months warranty, depending on the products.
It covers all products of the brand except for accessories.
It means that if you encounter a problem with your product, you can ask for a new one of the same category* to be shipped to you during the two to six months warranty. You CAN’T ask for a refund of those products.
*An identical product is shipped to you, subject to availability.
What are the conditions to benefit from this warranty ?
The product :
· be labelled Walleriana (warranty does not apply to Solidea products sold on the eshop).
· have been bought directly on the eshop walleriana.com
· have been bought within the last two to six months, depending on the product. You can check details of the warranty on each product page. Warranty starts at the date written on the invoice (you can also see it on your receipt).
· have an obvious manufacturing defect
· or have been damaged while being used in their normal way : only visible damages that can cause the product to be less effective will be exchanged with the warranty.
You must :
· be an individual, not a company nor a reseller.
· have an account on our eshop. If you haven’t created one before purchase, contact us so we can identify your order and create an account with it.
How do I proceed
· Contact-us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reasons of your return.
· Don’t forget to tell us your order number and the date of purchase.
· Give us your first name + last name, postal address and phone number
· Once the email has been sent, ship the product back to us in an robust envelop.
· Use the tracking number and advise us of it.
Once the product has been received in our facility, a new one will be shipped to you under a maximum of ten days.
