We deliver everywhere in the world.

We deliver to the address you give us when you order. Make sure to check the accuracy of your address before validating your order.

Your order is sent to you when payment is received in full.

Package is being hand over the our service provider in 24 to 48 hours after we receive confirmation of your order, from Monday to Friday, except during french public holiday.

Our shipment time is only informative. We are not responsible for any delays due to our service provider.

Exception concerning pre-orders : in that case, and in that case only, you will be informed that you are ordering products on our eshop that are not on stock. We are committing to sending you an email as soon as our products are ready to be sent to you.

Our products are being sent through "lettre suivie" or "chronopost" depending on the size of the package. We will automatically send you a tracking number by email. Please make sure to check your spam box in case you didn't receive your tracking number, before contacting us !

Return Policy

In case of a defective product our an obvious difference between the product ordered and the product delivered, you have to return the product 14 days as from date of reception.

In case of return, you must contact us by email prior to anything else, at this address: contact@walleriana.com

Returned products must be in their original packaging and must be intact.

Products that have obviously been worn or damaged or products that do not respect our return policy will not be exchanged nor refund.

Returned products must be sent back with a tracking number that you commit to sharing with us. Shipping cost are your responsability*.

After receiving the products in our premises, we inspect them. It implies that we can either accept or refuse any returned product that do not respect our Return Policy. 

- In case of refusal, the product is sent back to you.

- In case of acceptation, the product is refunded.

*If the returned products are consistent with their original state, we can reimburse the shipping costs upon request, and providing that the shipping costs were fair and reasonnable.
